SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

All delivery methods exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Express orders are delivered Monday-Saturday.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £1.99 flat rate shipping 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer free shipping for orders over £20.

Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

     We accept returns for most unworn and undamaged items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

 1.2 Customized and Personalized Items:

    Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including engraved items, cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. In such cases, please contact our customer support team immediately.

 

2. Return Process

   To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@adorjewellery.co.uk with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

  2.2 Return Authorization:

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number along with specific instructions for returning the item.

2.3 Packaging:

    Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original jewelry box or a suitable protective container to prevent damage during transit.

 

3. Conditions for Returns

  3.1 Condition of the Item:

     The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage, including scratches, dents, or alterations.

  3.2 Packaging and Documentation:

     Ensure that all original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and any accompanying documentation are included with the return.

 

4. Return Shipping

  4.1 Shipping Cost:

     The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4.2 Insurance and Tracking:

     We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

5. Inspection and Processing

  5.1 Inspection:

     Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it for any damage or signs of wear.

5.2 Refund:

     If the return is approved and the item passes inspection, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
