This website, found under the https://www.adorjewellery.co.uk/ URL references to 'you', and 'your' shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the https://www.adorjewellery.co.uk/ website.

These Terms & Conditions also cover our emails, newsletters, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and any other associated promotional activity.

 

Orders

When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

To ensure that your personalised gift arrives as you expect we ask that you confirm your delivery address and personalisation steps at the checkout. If you are unhappy with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should contact our Customer Service team before placing an order with us by emailing info@adorjewellery.co.uk

By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Ador Jewellery to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described. When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, phone number, address, credit/debit card  details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can get in touch with you if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you inform us otherwise, provide our couriers with your contact phone number in case they need to reach you to arrange the delivery of your order, it is only in this instance that we will pass on any of your contact information.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received and accepted.

Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Please note, that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

- If the product you ordered is out of stock.

- We are unable to authorise your payment.

- If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.

- If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

 

Should there be an issue with your order, a member of our Customer Services team will contact you either by telephone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within fourteen days of receiving the parcel.
Ador Jewellery reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note, that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Ador Jewellery website.

Website Product Pricing & Descriptions

We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are either entered into our system or printed. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Please note, that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions. Please also note that as computer monitors/screens vary in nature and resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's representation of any colour will be completely accurate.

SALE/Extra Discount

Occasionally we offer promotional codes or vouchers codes for use on the Ador Jewellery website

- Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

- The discount associated with a promotional code will be clearly advertised during promotional period

- Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for each promotional code setting out any such limits can either be found in the communication you received with the code itself or on the specific promotional code terms and conditions page via the Site (eg, via an on-site banner).

- Discount cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers

- Discount cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.

- This discount cannot be redeemed against items that have already been purchased.

All orders are subject to availability.

1. Eligibility:

  • This offer only available durning the mentioned offer period.

2. Offer Details:

  • Qualifying orders placed during the Offer Period will receive free express delivery.

  • "Express delivery" is defined as Define Express Delivery Timeframe - delivery within 1-2 business days. Be very specific. Include any regional variations or exceptions. 

  • The Offer applies only to all products available on www.adorjewellery.co.uk

  • This Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Order Processing and Delivery:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped subject to product availability.

  • Ador Jewellery, is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Carrier delays

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

    • Acts of God (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters)

    • Public holidays

  • The estimated express delivery timeframe begins when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Standard return and exchange policies apply.

  • If a returned item was eligible for free express delivery, the original shipping cost, will not be deducted from the refund, as the delivery was free.

5. Modification and Termination:

  • Ador Jewellery reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Offer at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

  • Ador Jewellery reserves the right to refuse this Offer to any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
